Jamie helps me to explain what a Jesse tree is and how it helps us to prepare our hearts for the birth of the Messiah. However, these books help us to understand what it takes for us to approach a holy God, and leave us with the question of whether a "theocracy" - a government by God - is what will bring people back into a relationship with God and solve the sin problem.
